I visited 3 times this week as it is closer to my work place. Day 1 long que and staff anounced that not serving for 10 mins as they are preparing online order. 2nd day over toasted my sub. 3rd day I was late fir my lunch already, ordered tuna sub and after 2 bites found hairs in my food that was so disgusting, I have...

The staff are very helpful, friendly and polite. Especially Kat, who served me today and was wonderful.
The till went down and there was a delay in ordering, so they compensated me with a free cookie and were very apologetic and communicated well.
