What can I say, Rude, arrogant, ignorant and unhelpful staff. They love to ignore you while you're stood at the counter, don't expect to be served for at least 15 minutes. Until they've finished chatting between themselves.Very unpleasant atmosphere , service has degraded year by year, my advice - change pharmacy

So unbelievably rude. Came in with my baby and was waiting for a while not even acknowledged. In the end I had to say to them excuse me please could you take my prescription form and their answer 'oh yeah' didn't even look at me. They didn't even have it anyway! Whilst I was waiting people were walking out due to the shocking...
