Really friendly. Went in to send a letter by recorded and the young man explained the options and was really friendly. Saw there was a lot of negative reviews so it only felt fair leaving a positive review as everyone in the shop was pleasant.

During Covid my husband went in to buy a packet of paracetamol (the typically less than a pound variety) and when he asked the lovely chap behind the counter, the man grinned and said he could have a box for a tenner because "that's what people are paying on e-bay".
