Visited the store today and purchased a sale item. The employee serving me called Ayesha decided to introduce her own rules and told me there is no return on sale items, only exchange. I will be taking this complaint to head office, as this is not a rule of New Look, but this employee thinks she can dictate her own rules.... read full comment

I am really upset about some staff ( not everyone) working over there. I don’t know if it is because I am not British; when I and my friends entered the shop one of the staff started following us like we were tryna steal something and she was like we were some kind of beggars.
