Do not trust to have your parcels sent there. I had a Yodel package delivered to the store and said they didn’t have it twice, contacted Yodel and they said they only delivered my parcel to that store that week so I knew it was there. Still said it was not there, then my boyfriend went in who gave them some strong words... read full comment

I sent a customer an order for click and collect to this place she says she went 5 times to collect then they couldn't find it 5 times then sent it somewhere now I'm out of pocket the staff must be pretty useless or on the rob the tracking said it was there so i know they had it
