One lady has always something wise to say when you come. Really bad atmosphere each time I've been. It's always the same. Perhaps time to address it?? Improve the atmosphere.

Food here is always so warm and fresh compared to other greggs but this one guy has served me multiple times now and is just so rude and blunt. Really puts me off going in if I see he's in.

Extremely rude front desk staff I have been to other Greg’s and they always seem to have nice staff but this one does not. I did not go to this Greg’s for a long time due to the staff being rude to me once and when I did ever a while the same thing happened really disappointed
