Bad customer service, not given the correct advice won’t, accept responsibility for wrong selling wrong products and will argue for any returns to the shop even if you have literally left the door bad and bad attitude toward customers.

Horrible service from Cohens Chemist, located at The Globe in Slaithwate, Huddersfield. The young lady in question is called Izza Javed who was quite rude and her unprofessionalism culminated in her hanging up the phone in my ear when I am making my queries.Needless to say this was not appreciated as she raised her voice... read full comment
