Staff are always friendly and helpful, great to find a bank offering face to face service, giving customers a choice rather than being forced down the online route.

I have tried to have a service done via telephone (the only option offered by the bank) but it has proven to be a failure. I have contacted the Costumer Service and apparently I have to keep trying. (??)
