Customer service is utterly beyond a joke. 11 calls I've made about the same issue and it's still not resolved. Staff and there managers don't have a clue what their own procedures are. Scan and go is inconsistent, shopping almost done then freezes up so have to start again, customer services not bothered just told me to go a swap it Picked up a newspaper and paid at the kiosk after shopping only to find out that I had bought a paper that was a week old, 31st August instead of today 7th September.
