Just collected 3 carvery takeaways, I was 10 minutes earlier than the pick up time I had chosen , however the food was already bagged up and ready . I live 5 minutes away from the carvery but when we took it out of the bag it was already very cold yet the boxes say DO NOT REHEAT. It was inedible so had to be heated up .... read full comment

We visited last night, tables and floor were both absolutely filthy. Staff member with short blonde hair was very rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever, another family also complained about her, all other staff members were very friendly.
