Parcelforce let me down but Ali kept in touch and rung me to give refund and patiently waited over a week for a different courier to collect a very large parcel that he held for me. Definitely went above and beyond - Excellent customer service -Thank you!

Absolute disgraceful display by post master today 18/10. Goading an obviously upset customer over travel money.Totally disrespectful to customer service!

Really really poor customer relation skills from the woman working (tues 19th sept 3.30pm) no help given, rude, somehow turned what was a simple request into a painful experience. What on earth are you doing to treat normal people like this.
