Under new ownership & the service is brilliant, I ordered my prescription a few days before I collected it & I was not waiting long at all, in fact I was in & out within 5/10 minutes, excellent service & friendly lady who served me with a smile , keep up the good work ??????????

If there was 0 stars I would give them just that! Dreadful customer service and the inside of the premises is a mess. I have had two separate dispensing errors this week one for my prescription and one for my mums which I am staggered at given the importance of getting medicines right and the potential harm this could cause.... read full comment

This chemist is a terrible representation of the Lloyds company. All my visits and phone calls have been consistently terrible - the long queues are agonising, and to make matters worse, the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. It's baffling how they can treat customers this way, especially in a healthcare setting.... read full comment
