Staff usually very helpful. Andy is good and knows the customers well. Problem is opening times. I work Monday-Friday so can never go anymore unless I’m on annual leave. When I asked why the branch shut on Saturday I was told that it wasn’t busy! It used to have a queue out of the door. Why not shut one day in the week... read full comment
