Service was shocking,one meal out of 5 didn't come at same time as others by the time it arrived 2 of us had already finished our food

I've visited Cafe Capri twice in the last month. Both times, the food has been good, and the waitress attentive and helpful. However, the more mature lady, perhaps the manager, displays extremely poor customer service, to the point of being rude.
