Dreadful customer service. im trying to transfer a contract that is under a family members name so that i may start paying for my own phone contract whilst retaining my number... instead of helping me or giving me guidance the staff member just kept repeating "nah... you cant do that here" shocking experience shocking staff... read full comment

We've been coming to this branch for years, and we travel from lancashire to this Vodafone branch in Halifax because of the service we always get from these guys. World class can't fault them.
