Rang this shop today chap who answered phone was a little rude saying when I asked if this was the hifi shop he replied that’s what I said when I answered phone- rude! Customer service is 101 rule.\\nSo you lost sale I bought my requirements from somewhere else

Called in today, asked for a Bluetooth adapter..took the time to understand what I wanted and made it available for me within 10mins..... absolutely outstanding service....world needs more people like these guys ....very happy with my purchase ..a big THANK YOU !!!

I contacted the Hi-Fi Centre for an audio and lighting system for a new fitness studio. Richard visited the site and advised the best system for the space. His knowledge is outstanding.
