So when for a check up for two children. Appointment when booked were told straight after each other. To arrive to be told with two different opticians. I went in to find a new frame as my prescription changed. My prescription is complex and Ellie spent a lot of time helping me figure out the best frames that would suit me and also work with the strong prescription. She was amazing and very helpful!
