Since the old owners left the place as gone downhill. I was left waiting 15 minutes for someone to come and see me I wouldn’t have cared if they had been busy but they weren’t. It wouldn’t hurt for the staff to crack a smile once in a while either

The staff is under so much pressure because of people not being able to get their medication that they need from their respective practices . The staf are as helpful as they possibly could be
