We visited the store today and received fantastic Customer service in the menswear department. We were made to feel really welcome. The two ladies were really friendly. They offered us a scratch card each which gave us a great discount on our purchase. We will definitely pay them another visit.

I found the staff at the Halifax store extremely helpful. Ella was really nice and accommodating. nothing was too much trouble. I am a self confessed anxious shopper.
