Always a queue, always the loud woman in the shop trying to push you into buying a samosa or whatever else she's got that day. Seem to have kids working on the post office counter, don't seem to know what they're doing or how to communicate.Don't send important parcels via them. I sent a new phone Tracked 48 and 7 days...

Enforcing illegal charge for paying by card(Charging more to use a credit or debit card was made illegal from as per UK Law 13 January 2018). Sneaky owner tired to slip the extra charge without telling me I would be charged. I imagine they do this on elderly unsuspecting members of the community DISGRACE.
