The wait time in this bank is beyond ridiculous waited 45 mins to be served, yet they couldn’t help me came home did it myself in 5 minsTerrible service due to one person being on the desk…… so wait time is a joke.The women in picture made the wait time longer by making me wait in the wrong queue.Still love Alan

Absolutely terrible. Opened an executor account to be told restrictions would be lifted within 3-5 working days, several weeks on and a complaint has been put in along with a follow up email the account is still locked and no one on the phone is able to help. I will now have to go back into branch to try and sort things...
