I have been in the Halifax branch several times over the past month and all the staff hVe been extremely helpful despite being a busy branch. They gave assisted me with all enquiries when changing my account to them and setting up savingss account. It is a delight in being able to actually soeak with a member of staff...

Service has really gone down hill over the years. Been a member 20 years. Spoke to head office on phone and all they say is go into branch to have enquiry dealt with. Soon as you enter branch all they keep suggesting is new products.
