staff helpful but apparently unable have my bank statements printed out and asked to join a further queue where only 3 would be available, wife went to ask for the same at nationwide across the rd and came back with statements for 12 months,i feel customer service is far from what it should be at lloyds these days, beautiful... read full comment

Disgusted by the waiting time even after being dealt with, had me sat for 30 mins before returning
