Called in last week for the first time in over 20 years. Normally have a football bet online but it isn't as fun as having the actual slip in front of you on a Saturday. Staff were really friendly as well

Staff here are great. They are very professional but friendly. They work hard, although I don't think they're appreciate by LADBROKES. They are doing their best to give a good service using ancient computers/scanners etc. This causes frustrated customers, and long queues.
