Poor service. Ordered and paid on-line and got an email confirming the goods would be available at 12:30 the next day. Called to collect at 14:30 the next day to be told that the goods hadn't arrived. They had 2 hours when they could have emailed or phoned to let me know but instead I had a wasted journey and time.
