Disgusted that the branch is closing not everyone likes online banking as not everyone trusts it I don't so now we have to trail to Huddersfield disgusted at the decision

I was in the Barclays branch in Halifax, West Yorkshire today and I such a pleasant experience. I was taken care of by Edward who was such a breath of fresh air. So friendly, knowledgeable & efficient, not just with me but with everyone. Exactly the kind of person you want to be available when dropping in.

I attended the branch with a member of my family today, for the purpose of obtaining the app. We were dealt with by Chenté. He was so very helpful, knowledgable and very patient. We had a few questions to sort out and all were det with very efficiently.
