“what a difference in customer service,we have accounts with both nationwide and lloyds and needed to request printed statements from both banks, the male staff member at nationwide couldn't have been more helpful,while the lloyds member of staff didn't seem at all interested past telling us we can only have a maximum of 3 months and to wait in a different cue if we needed them,well done nationwide”

“Never had any problems here, it’s just a petrol station, nothing special, only leaving a good review after seeing all the weird branch Covidian negative reviews just because the employees don’t enforce the wearing of the sacred facial rag or say 5 prayers to lord covid every minute of the day. When I go to fuel a vehicle, I usually park at the pump, fill it up, go in and pay, maybe buy some liquid, food, tobacco, and then I go about my business, like a normal person, I don’t tend to balance my positivity/negativity ratio of the day around this situation and it’s sad that so many people have so little going on in their sad little lives that they care more about whether other patrons are worshipping the Holy Sneeze rather than actually focusing on bettering themselves and getting a hobby instead”

“Have been here on multiple occasions, it has a nice foyer and waiting area. Very well laid out and friendly staff every time we’ve gone in.I don’t personally bank with them, so can’t really thoroughly review their services. The branch is nice.”

“A good branch, but with dated banking practices.I’ve been here to withdraw cash and deposit cash. And the staff have always been friendly. The interior is well laid out, considering the space.My only gripe was with the deposits. Rather than sticking your card in a machine along with your cash, you have to fill out paperwork with number of notes, single and total amounts; using pen and paper. Never encountered this at any other bank. Such a waste of time.Have never deposited here since. Would recommend Lloyds over this branch any day!”
