Since sainsburys took over argos its rubbish they never have any stock in..I've ordered 4 items in the last 6 months and non of them are in stock..I placed an order at 9 this morning and got an email your order will be ready to pick up at 4 this afternoon.

Think carefully before returning an item to Argos.Returned an item as of poor quality. Told couldn't return as was "used" so I asked how you know whether item is ok is to test it. Therefore must open and try?So effectively they can sell poor quality products and hide behind spurious returns policy.

Bought a vr headset for son which he did not want. The item is unused and in original box with all tags on the very young store manager Dylan checked each item within the box but then told me he couldn't refund as it should have a cellophane wrapping on the box.
