The offer of £39 delivery change refund is an absolute insult for time , stress and disappointment incurred. 6 items delivered this year and 4 needing returning. This is not good enough. I would give 0 stars if I could

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately 2 options on display in the shop were not available to order / out of stock and not likely to be available again. Delivery cost was a significant extra, as was the option to re-cycle the old bed.
