heard the lady last Saturday speak to the delivery man like he was some kind of lower life form second to herself!told him off like a school boy when all he had done is go in the back to find staff to help him ? apparently they have no bell on delivery door so poor driver had no choice but to hunt for staff to serve... read full comment
