Order from this takeaway regularly, always been spot on apart from this time. Ordered by telephone for collection and was told pick up 15 mins. When arrived for collection was waiting 30 mins no apologies for wait time. Young lass serving (pink top, blond hair) looked like she would rather be anywhere than there.
