I don’t know why I keep eating here, the mash is dry, the roast with out dripping rock hard, and the dripping potato’s were cold despite being sent back once already for being cold. Peas were hard, no cranberry sauce. One guy serving and so when he went for more food the queue stopped moving. Not a great experience.

Food is good overall and staff friendly. But no priority queue for disabled customers at food counter and no assistance offered, even though I did state I was disabled upon booking my birthday treat. My partner queued for me until near the front, then I could choose food options.
