Absolute shambles 7 people in the queue and waited 45 minutes to be seen just to draw cash out.. people who work here just stood about chatting instead of getting people sorted out

Terrible service....did a transfer over the counter to another yorkshire bank account....been 2 weeks still waiting for it to go through. Asked why it was taking soo long and got told "we do not know".
