Avoid if you can, I run an online business and use online prepaid postage labels. The staff clearly either lack knowledge or and training. Been using the same printer same label set up for years but the staff claim they can't accept them or scan the lables, absolutely waste of time took the same parcles to a different branch... read full comment

Excellent Customer Service 10/10I went for passport renewal and staff member, Hanif, took care of everything and made the whole process simple. It was one of the hottest days and nearly closing time.
