I was text to say I required a basic blood test.I phoned to make an appointment and was informed I had to have it checked at the hospital as they have stopped taking blood at the surgery. I also had to collect a blood test form from the surgery then travel to the hospital. In all it took me over 3 hrs plus £3.00 parking.I... read full comment

Been waiting on the phone to make a appointment and been number 1 in the cue for 30 mins (appointment line so shouldn't be long ) still waiting trying to get a appointment in this place is a joke

Absolutely terrible.Closes at 6 yet phone lines are closed at 4.47pm
