Do not visit here !! From start to finish staff were very rude towards me and my husband having a quiet afternoon in the spa. Reception staff were very rude with no front of house manners . After asking to speak to some form of manager about this it took 45 minutes for anyone to approach us as they said they were too busy... read full comment

A lovely hotel and good breakfast. Pleasant staff. I do take issue with you closing the bar at 11 for residents though. Very poor that.
