Miserable staff. (Ginger haired girl and two tone haired member of staff) don’t know how to smile or interact with the customer. Shocking service for such a busy coffee shop.

Service is shocking. Even if you were ordered online before these new people get in the queue.certain staff ain’t nice at all. This store need new staffs big time.

I was waiting for the blonde worker to notice me for 10 minutes as she was too busy having a conversation with a customer that had already ordered and payed for her drinks. Every time I see this worker I always think is it worth ordering anything as she is very slow.
