Came to collect my parcel today at 12 noon only to find this notice! What the hell are these working hours? I guess I have a choice either take a day off or wait a week for a Saturday. Ridiculous.

Rude and obnoxious staff. Refused to hand over a parcel that is on site with them because they’d already planned to redeliver it.

Royal mail staff unable to carry out 48 redelivery instruction On 2 occasions for one parcel.Do not use Royal mail 48. Collection office is not available for people after work. Deliberate act by Royal mail.
