Bit of a disaster all round really. 90 mins in a mostly empty restaurant for two pizzas shouldn’t happen. One arrives luke warm, the other piping hot. “Excuse” from waitress was it was a busy understaffed kitchen - yet they still managed to get big orders out for other tables who arrived after us. It was my wife and i's first time at any Pizza Express. The initial reception was very warm, friendly and attentive by your staff Mariane(i hope i got the name right!)- Great atmosphere, good food and nice staff!
