Trying to sort something again urgently and again you get a robot asking you stupid questions giving you loads of info you don’t need and then after ten minutes of that rubbish tells you that everyone else is busy and it will be at least 20 minutes before someone can answer your call half hour later it’s back to work... read full comment

Doesn't accommodate fir people who work from 8:30- 3:30. How is anyone supposed to do their banking when it's not open anymore on a weekend
