Pharmacy has problems obtaining my antibiotics from their manufacturer. Told me to book another Dr's appointment and request a different type. At no point did the staff inform me I could take my prescription to another pharmacy who did stock my antibiotics, they would rather me waste another Dr's appointment for their own...

After receiving the wrong medication from well, I ended up running out of tablets on a weekend, 111 arranged for me to pick up 2 tablets from an alternative pharmacy which they sorted in half an hour, come Monday morning my doctors sent out an emergency prescription to well saying tablets would ready within a few hours.....

Took my dad for his booster injection today & while we were sat waiting I witnessed the woman behind the counter being very brusk & abrupt in her manor towards an elderly lady who'd arrived early for her booster, I'm sure other customers noticed this too & it certainly puts me off from using their services again !
