Been ringing since Saturday about my medication which the doctor sent 2 weeks ago, need medication now but can't get through to them to see when will be ready

Went in for a Vicks inhaler. Which took longer than it should have. Sent to queue in 3 different lines. Eventually got served after 40 minutes (which included having to go outside to get reception on my phone to access my receipt on-line.)I accept its christmas time but this was a bit shambolic. ?
