This branch is literally the slowest. Since the closing of Yorkshire Bank it's been such an absolute pain to come here. The cashiers are so slow, I appreciate each situation is dependent on what needs doing but wow. A simple cash dispense takes more than 20 minutes. Absolutely appalling customer service. Both the representative and the branch manager knew nothing about dealing with a deceased persons estate. They wouldn't provide information to me, despite possessing all relevant documents.The worst banking experience I have ever had.Useless.
