Staff members were polite and welcoming. My daughter kept crying the whole time during my visit and they all tried to calm her down while I was choosing my glasses. The cost of glasses were a bit high for me. Overall would definitely recommend all.

I had 3 great members of staff help me when I came for my eye test I had 2 wonderful women called Kayleigh and fozia and when selecting and getting my glasses ready for being sent off I had umar who was such a friendly and lovely man very helpful and when coming in the women at the front of the door is lovely so friendly...
