Shocking service. Absolute vile, rude service from the awful scruffy woman who served me this morning at 8.40 a.m. in Bradford South Sorting Office. I have had to collect many parcels from Stone Arches and never had any problem. As long as you have the paperwork required for id purposes everything fine.
