I come here due the convenience of being around the corner. The fact that you have to wait so long for simple medications.I got send away yesterday as did many customers saying come back tomorrow - doesn’t solve the problem.Some of the staff are very polite and understanding.

I’m a diabetic and needed insulin (amongst others meds) as part of my prescription which is ordered online as part of my repeat prescription. My husband was made to wait for over 35mins whilst other people were being served with no update as the attendants all kept at the back and only came out when there was someone...
