I went to the post office to pick up my parcel with the card left by royal mail and identity card. The lady with scarf requested for my identification card which I presented. She came back and asked if I have any order name with the parcel, I told her and said the last name is the same. She claimed she cannot facilitate... read full comment

If you want to meet an unprofessional people working in please visit. Specifically, the lady in scarf with attitude, even though she don't now how to speak to visitor.Please choose the other Post office
