Visited the Bradford store on Thursday 28th December to purchase a gift for my wife, the queue was long but decided to wait. I noticed there was only 1 staff member serving, nearly every customer commented asking her where are the staff. Paid a visit to Pandora this afternoon, I was served by a lovely lady Tanzeena, who was respectful and kind. She accommodated to whatever I needed and showed me a few options in for what I was looking for. She was very helpful and well mannered.

Had such an easy time shopping although it was very busy and the lines were long, a staff member called tanzeena was so lovely, friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for my sister’s birthday! ?
