Absolutely appalling taking money of disabled children and refusing to give it back leaving them with nothing for a full month

Open children's bank accounts. Staff were excellent and made the process smooth. I would definitely recommend this branch. The staff are a credit to the company.

Appalling service.
Have staff standing around, several customers waiting to be served, but told have to wait.
Inexperienced staff then have to get help from others, allowing down the process even further.
While I appreciate people need to learn, surely a Saturday is not the best day to throw them in the deep end.
