Pontefract Racecourse store very bright, organised store, I experienced very helpful staff, interested in customer requirements. I am an elderly lady and the staff were very patient and polite, a refreshing experience these days within some stores. I shall certainly be going again and will recommend to my friends. Carol (forgive me if I have misspelled), was extremely helpful with my purchase. Allowing me to find exactly what I needed and for an excellent price! Fantastic customer service, even helped me to my car as it was a larger item and I had other shopping. Thank you again Carol ?
